Holy crap, I gained 10lbs from the holidays. I just stepped on a scale and listen I wasnt exactly Brad Pitt before you know. Need to get on a diet asap and get my fat ass on a treadmill.

Seems like you have it planned out. What are YOU going to do about it? What's your course of action?

Losing weight is a marathon, not a sprint. Always seems like gaining weight is a sprint, LOL...

well just started eating 5 times a day every 3 hours. 3 standard meals and 2 basically snacks. This should get my met. going again. Back at the gym 6:30 am sucks. Doing weights and HIIT workouts. Right now I cant do crap lol. Much more fun to eat chips and drink beer.

Maybe eating 5 times a day is a bit much. To lose you weight you really gotta accept being a little hungry sometimes. It won't kill ya. Counting calories is the only way to go. Depends on your current size but probably anywhere from 1500-1800 will work.

Eating five to seven meals a day, separated by 2.5-3 hours each, is optimal. Ugh, let me rephrase as "meals" are typically associated with gorging. Eating 5-7 "snacks" daily is ideal. These meals should contain rough 25-35 grams of protein plus EFA's and slow-digesting, low glycemic index carbs.

Eating healthy and doing exercise is very important for losing weight. If you follow a right way, of course you can get what you want.
I think the secerts are in the book. My friend recommends the book - The UltraSimple Diet: Kick-Start Your Metabolism and Safely Lose Up to 10 Pounds in 7 Days to me. I searched a lot and found it pretty good, precise instructions for what foods to eat, what foods to avoid, recipes, supplements, and stress reduction--exercise is optional. And I am ready to get one. Maybe you can try this one.
